Sandown Tariffs - 2012

• High Season from 1st of May to 30th of September, £475 per week inclusive
• Mid Season 1st to 31st of October and 1st March to 31st of April, £350 per week inclusive
• Low Season 1st November to 28/29th of Febuary, £295 per week inclusive

Deposit: 30% of the weekly rental required to secure your booking, either cash or cheque. This is a non-refundable deposit in the event of you cancelling your booking with us.

Terms & Conditions

• Arrival time on or after 16.00pm on Saturday.
• Departure time on or before 10.30am Saturday.
• Sorry no pets or smoking at this property.
• Cost: Price is per week in UK pound sterling in either cash or cheque.
• Price includes bed linen, gas and electric. Please bring your own towels.
• Security Deposit: £100 will be requested in addition to the balance 6 weeks prior to your holiday starting.
• The £100 deposit will be returned within 14 days of your departure pending a satisfactory inspection of the property.. Any costs incurred , including but not limited to, accidental damage to the property and any contents, excess cleaning, loss of keys will be deducted from this deposit.
• Liability: The owner does not accept any liability for personel injury, accidents, death, loss or damage to personel effects however caused.
• Access: Unsuitable for anyone with restricted mobility but for further advice please feel free to contact us first so we can discuss you needs before arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of cancellation 48 hours notice must be given prior to the date of arrival (not the time) or the standard fee of 100% of the whole booking will be charged unless the property can be re-let to another party. Therefore we would recommend you arrange for cancellation insurance.

If we have to cancel your booking for reasons beyond our control all monies will be returned or another booking made if the time is available and is suitable to you. Our liability will not extend beyond this refund.
